How do I activate my license key?
After purchasing a subscription:
- Open the BetLens app and log in
- Go to Profile → Manage Subscriptions
- Enter your license key (received via email from Gumroad)
- Click "Activate" to unlock premium features
What's the difference between Football and Basketball subscriptions?
Football Analysis: AI insights for NFL and College Football games
Basketball Analysis: AI insights for NBA and College Basketball games
Each sport requires a separate subscription unless you purchase the bundle package.
Can I use BetLens on multiple devices?
Yes! Log in with your email and password on any device. Your license key is tied to your account, not your device. However, sharing your license key with others is prohibited.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Gumroad:
- Check your Gumroad purchase confirmation email
- Click "Manage subscription" link
- Select "Cancel subscription"
- Access continues until the end of your billing period
What if the AI picks don't win?
BetLens provides analysis and insights, not guarantees. Sports betting involves risk, and losses are possible. Our AI uses advanced analytics, but no system can predict outcomes with 100% accuracy. Always bet responsibly within your means.
Where does BetLens get its data?
We aggregate data from multiple trusted sources:
- Live Odds: TheOddsAPI
- Team Statistics: Google Sheets (curated data)
- Live Scores: ESPN APIs
- AI Analysis: Anthropic Claude
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Gumroad. Contact Gumroad support through your purchase confirmation email or visit
gumroad.com/contact. Include your order number and reason for the refund request.
Is BetLens available in my state/country?
BetLens is available worldwide, but you must:
- Be 21+ years old (or legal gambling age in your jurisdiction)
- Be located where sports betting is legal
- Comply with local gambling laws
BetLens does not facilitate betting - we only provide analysis.
🔧 Technical Support
App Not Loading?
- Check your internet connection
- Update to the latest app version
- Force close and reopen the app
- Clear app cache (Settings → Apps → BetLens → Clear Cache)
- Uninstall and reinstall if issues persist
License Key Not Working?
- Verify you copied the entire key (no spaces or extra characters)
- Check that your subscription is active in Gumroad
- Ensure you're using the correct key for the sport (Football vs Basketball)
- Contact support if the issue persists
Live Scores Not Updating?
- Scores refresh automatically every 60 seconds
- Pull down to manually refresh the dashboard
- Only LIVE and FINAL games are displayed

How do I delete my account and data?
To delete your account and all associated data:
- In-App: Go to Profile → Logout to remove all local data from your device
- Complete Deletion: Email betlensinsights@gmail.com with subject "Delete My Account"
- Include your registered email address
- We'll permanently delete your account data within 30 days
What gets deleted:
- Your email address and account credentials
- Sports preferences and settings
- License key associations (subscriptions remain active in Gumroad)
- All locally stored data on your device
